Agreement to Terms of Service provided as below herein shall be requested before the user registration.
■ The site shall be an employment placement service to focus on Specified Skilled Worker so that it can be limited to be available only for foreigners who shall desire to find employment with visa for a Specified Skilled Worker.
In addition, the registerable companies shall be limited to those that can correspond to thirteen (13) sectors of the fourteen (14) sectors that have been designated as the specific industries excluding construction sector, which shall be requested to be agreed in advance.

■ The following actions shall be prohibited to use this site.
- Any actions to use the recruitment information obtained by using this site for any other purposes than employment of yourself.
- Any actions to contact to the recruiting companies directly other than the site (such as phone, e-mail, SNS or any other contacting ways) (The contact shall be limited to use the message function or WEB interview function only in the site).
■ The application for the recruit and screening shall be requested with issuance of the specified resume on the site.
Statement of the terms and conditions for the employment that shall be issued by the hiring company shall be received when the hiring decision has been made. Result of the interview shall be notified as soon as possible either the success or failure.

■ Any cost shall not be accrued to use services of the sites including the member registration and database usage fees.
